Ordering

All designs will be sent to the email address you have on file with PayPal unless instructed otherwise.

        

I have chosen to use PayPal as my payment company. They accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover Card and American Express. You may also sign up so the payments are taken from a checking or savings account at your bank.  If you do not live in the US and have not signed up with PayPal, you will need to go to PayPal and sign up there. US residents will be given the opportunity to sign up during the check out phase. I accept non-verified payments, so please do not feel pressure to give out your bank account numbers; you can shop here anyway.

Using the PayPal Shopping Cart

The shopping cart method gives you the convenience to order more than 1 design and pay for all at the same time. Ohio residents will be charged 6.5% sales tax. 

All designs have their sizes posted. Please check that the design you are ordering will fit your hoop!
There are no refunds for designs that do not fit on your machine.

  1. Find the design package you wish to order. Click on the down arrow in the format box to see available machine formats. Click on the appropriate format. Click on the Add to Shopping Cart button. A new page will open showing your design is now in the Shopping Cart. You can make changes to your order on this page at any time before actually submitting the order.
  2. To continue ordering, click on the Continue Shopping button on the shopping cart page. To finish your order, click on the Checkout  button and follow the directions on the screen. You will be given an opportunity to cancel the order during this phase.
  3. You can view the contents of you cart at anytime by clicking on the View Cart symbol at the bottom of each design page. You can delete a design at any time. Be sure and press the Update button if you make changes, so you can see your current total.
  4. Once you have successfully completed an order, you will be taken to the Thank You for Your Order screen. I will try and send your design(s) by email within 24 hours.

Note: If you would like your designs in a format not listed, you can use the shopping cart anyway. Order either the hus or pes format and then email me with your request. Please make sure the design will actually fit in the hoops you have available.

Ordering Without Using PayPal

PayPal now makes it possible to use your credit card without opening a PayPal account.
Use the shopping cart as described above.

Please note that your designs will be delayed if using a personal check.

About my PHC files

These files come straight from my PR600 embroidery machine. Madeira rayon thread colors and pauses to place fabrics, trim fabrics, etc are already programmed into the PHC files. They are for the Brother PR600 and the Babylock EMP6 only.

When using my PHC files, set your machine (Settings, 2nd screen, left side of page) to show Display Expanded Thread Color - ON, and Original Thread. The Madeira thread colors listed in the chart should show on your machine. Machine should be upgraded to v1.33 or later.  These files are machine ready. Editing them in any software program will cause all pauses and thread color programming to be lost.

Order either PES or DST format. Request the PHC files in the message box provided when you order. I will send them at no additional charge. Not all designs are available at this time. If you let me know you have one of these machines,  it will be noted in your files and I will send you the PHC files as they become available.
